toasted sourdough bread topped with basil & pine nut pesto, heritage tomatoes, kalamata olives and fresh buffalo mozzarella

lime cured tuna

chopped sashimi tuna, lime cured in a garlic aioli with capers and sourdough crisps

crispy szechuan beef

with an oriental vegetable salad, coconut & coriander rice dumplings, toasted sesame seeds and a soy & sweet mirim dressing

chicken, avocado & butternut squash salad

paprika & thyme spiced chicken breast with marinated heritage tomatoes, roast butternut squash, lime creme fraiche and homemade tortillas


MAINS

salmon noodle bowl

pan-fried fillet of salmon with toasted sesame seeds, egg noodles, butternut squash, edamame beans and peppers in an aromatic coconut, chilli and lime sauce

wild mushroom and feta roly-poly

suet pastry (v) filled with feta cheese, braised leeks and wild mushrooms served with toasted peanuts, sautéed spinach, herb buttered new potatoes and a wild mushroom cream sauce

lemon and sage chicken

with pan-fried gnocchi, baby carrots, braised leeks, french beans and caper berries in a lemon & sage butter sauce

steak frites

a tenderised 5oz rump steak, pressed until thin to give a tasty and tender steak, with thin cut chips and peppercorn sauce
