STARTERS

in garlic, chilli and lemon butter on toasted sourdough

aromatic lamb and halloumi salad

cumin and thyme rubbed lamb skewers with crispy buttermilk halloumi, roasted red peppers, courgettes, mixed leaves and mint yoghurt

with tomato, avocado, coriander and lime salsa and paprika spiced crispy tortillas

rabbit gnocchi

slow braised rabbit with pancetta, white wine and mushroom cream sauce with fresh buttered gnocchi


MAINS

chargrilled chicken

in a mushroom and tarragon cream sauce with crushed new potatoes with macadamia nuts and french beans with mint and shallots

monkfish and scallop curry

with pak choi, edamame beans and red peppers in an aromatic chilli and coconut sauce served with jasmine & wild rice and a tempura king prawn

8 oz sirloin steak

with a peppercorn sauce, home-made chunky and french beans with mint and shallots

lancashire cheese and onion pie

with a lancashire cheese and chive sauce, homemade chunky chips and french beans with mint and shallots
