with spring onion mash, sautéed winter greens and a dry sherry cream sauce

sea bass risotto

fillet of sea bass with a cherry tomato and parmesan and courgette risotto

charred cauliflower & spinach curry

with pak choi, wild mushrooms and edamame served with sesame rolled ride balls and crispy vermicelli
